Susanne teaches Vinyasa Krama, Hatha Flow, Budokon, Yin and Restorative Yoga.


In her Flow classes, she blends together influences from all these methods into fluent but mindful sequences, that allow the necessary time in each pose to tune into the body, grow strength and increase awareness.  Paying particular attention to healthy alignment and accessibility, and introducing Pranayama, ,Bakthi Yoga and philosophical principles of the discipline into her practices, make these a special experience.

Classes take place in various locations throughout the city, including your private home if you wish.
