Classes will be tailored around your goals & needs, and can take place in the comfort of your home – with your baby, pet, etc. present if you wish. Flexible hours, support and coaching all the way through our journey included.

Corporate Yoga


Yoga increases energy levels, enhances creativity and focus, reduces stress, helps to overcome injury and improves mental and physical health.
